Citizen2be is a non-profit organization providing traumatized women with trauma-informed yoga classes, helping them to reconnect with themselves and their bodies and to ultimately find a means to cope with the traumatizing experiences they have endured.

Citizen2be’s mission is two-fold: for trauma-informed yoga to be officially recognized as a healing procedure complementary to that of psychotherapy, and to see to it that everyone has access.
